I couldn’t decide if I wanted to draw someone surfing or pizza or a wizard so I picked yes.
Jordan cannot draw anything that isn’t rad.

That was certainly a nap. Came out of nowhere, holy hell.
My dreams lately have been getting me down. Screw off dreams. Ya bastards.

Another midterm over with. Pretty stoked with how it went. I couldn’t remember one question, but it was only 1 out of 47, so I’m ok with that. Over studied for it. The majority of what I had studied last night wasn’t even on it. Whatevs, made for an easier test!
I am definitely using that link next time. I don’t mind helping, but it kind of urks me that some of them essentially want to copy my project and have me tell them how it’s done.
It’s lame as hell. But, eventually I’ll get a job for the amount of resumes I’ve flicked at this city.
killercouscous said: You rant like an old lady I like it. So organized.
I’ll definitely take that as a compliment! haha. I like my rants to have a flow to them. It’s how they organize themselves in my brain.
Yeah it doesn’t sound half bad!

Tomorrow.
I’m off at 11:30am, so I fucking NEED to stop with my mopey bullshit and get back on the job hunt. It seems like every month after I hand out resumes and fail to get an interview, I just get in this depressed rut about job hunting. It’s the worst shit. My excuse is that I always had someone around to motivate me into heading out, which in reality is no excuse at all. I just need to kick my own ass into gear. Goddamnit Justin.
Anyway. Away from the self-loathing. This weekend will include bbq and beers, which I’m quite stoked about. There’s no combination in the world that can outdo bbq + beer. Seriously. None. They’ll be extra delicious due to the fact that it’s may 24th weekend, and the alignment of the stars allow the ingredients in both the beer and the food to reach their maximum deliciousness.
Beans. Of. Cool.
On another note. Since I went out of my way for one of my projects and made an xbox controller able to control parameters and objects inside of Logic Pro’s environment, there’s been a few people in class who all of a sudden want to do basically the same thing for their project (just substituting the xbox controller for a rockband guitar, or whatnot). Which is fine, I’m glad I kind of sparked that inspiration for people. But what I’m not entirely ok with is pretty well being asked everything relating to the project, and essentially doing said project for them. I had to figure it out and do it all by myself, so I know it’s possible for them to do it as well. I have no problem pointing them in the correct direction (which I’ve done in terms of what programs they need), but I really don’t want it to end up at the point where I’m pretty much guiding their hand for their own projects. Is that selfish? I’m not sure. I feel like it’s not, but I’m sure it’s something that could be taken either way.
TL;DR: I say stuff about things in relation to things and stuff that have to do with my life.

Killed that midterm.
You might even use the term ‘murdered’.
Pretty stoked though.
Gonna get some groceries in a few, and then head back down for lab later.
